Start A Return

At IdeaPaint, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please note, we do not accept returns for any product that has been used or where seals have been broken, Please refer to our refunds policy below.

For your convenience we will provide you a paid return label that you must affix to the packaging. Any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return it can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

 

RETURNS

  • Click here to begin the returns process
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return by providing the quantity and reason for the return of each product.
  • You will receive an email containing your Return label (the label can also be printed from the site).
  • Print a copy of the Return email to include in the return packaging. This will allow us to identify your order and process the return much quicker.
  • Print your  Return label, and securely attach it to the package
  • Retain your tracking number for future reference

REFUND POLICY

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. We require customers to submit photos for any claim of damaged items directly to us at orders-ideapaint@icpgroup.com, please put your order number within the subject line of the email. We will use these to verify eligibility for a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging:
  • Paint and Primers must be un-used and have clips/safety ring installed to be returned
  • Liquids and Spray’s must have the seals and shrink-wrap intact to be returned
  • We do not accept/approve returns of any open items, broken seals or used product

Refunds cannot be guaranteed if product is shipped back without proper labeling and paperwork.
